You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not use our website to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, violate another person's rights, or engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law.

2. Products and Product Information

GAL Threads sells apparel, accessories, and other branded products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, and other information accurately. However, colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and display technology. Minor variations may also occur in print placement or production.

Product availability may change, and we reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, subject to our obligations to customers with existing orders.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices, applicable taxes, and available shipping charges will be displayed during the purchase process.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information when placing an order. You must be authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an order has already been accepted and an error affects the transaction, we will address the issue in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has entered production or shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, payment issues, or pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue any refund required by law.

5. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of the original purchase time by contacting galthreadsco@gmail.com.

After 24 hours, orders may have entered production or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation under our standard policy.

Cancellation requests must be confirmed by GAL Threads. This policy does not override any mandatory cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

GAL Threads currently offers shipping within the United States only.

Products may be made to order through Printify and its production and fulfillment partners. Production and shipping timelines vary by product, destination, carrier, and other factors.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise. We will comply with applicable laws regarding shipment deadlines, delay notices, order cancellations, and refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs arising from address errors will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to the stated return conditions and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The GAL Threads name, logos, original artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, website content, and other materials owned by GAL Threads LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our protected materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store may rely on third-party services for website hosting, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other business operations.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their involvement does not eliminate any legal responsibilities GAL Threads LLC has to its customers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every website feature will always be free of errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GAL Threads LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
